Huawei Releases “Behind The Scenes” Videos For The New Ascend P7

Earlier today Huawei officially unveiled the new Huawei Ascend P7 smartphone. To help generate additional interest in the device and help potential buyers understand some of the decisions and technology that went into the device, Huawei has released a couple videos touching on these subjects.

One of the videos includes a virtual disassembly and reassembly of the smartphone, giving a peak into some of the hardware that is inside the glass-backed exterior. The second video includes several members of the Huawei team that brought the device to market explaining different features about the Ascend P7, notably some of the camera features. This includes things like their work to reduce the time to get a shot from 3 seconds down to only 1.2 seconds, a feature Huawei is calling “ultra snapshot.” The second video also includes some scenes showing assembly of the device, so you can get another look at some of the hardware and how it fits together.
